1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BBZ Image Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

BBZ Image Tool provides a desktop application for image editing (renaming, resizing, cropping, format conversion) and a cloud-based AI background removal service. The desktop application is available free of charge. Background removal requires credits which are purchased through the Service.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Background removal is charged on a per-image basis using credits. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted when you use the background removal service. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a background removal result, please contact our support team within 7 days. We will review your request and, at our discretion, refund credits for genuinely poor results. We do not offer cash refunds for purchased credit packs except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload to the Service. By uploading images, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use your images for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. The BBZ Image Tool software, website, and all related materials are the exclusive property of BBZ Image Tool, Inc. Unauthorized redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited.

7. Image Storage and Deletion

Processed images are stored on our servers for 7 days to allow you to download results. After 7 days, all processed images are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers. Original uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your images beyond these periods.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to process images that are illegal, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, contain explicit or adult content, or are used for fraudulent purposes. You may not redistribute or resell the BBZ Image Tool software or installer through any unauthorized channel. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. Credits are not deducted for failed processing attempts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBZ Image Tool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States of America. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Mississippi.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
