Short version: We respect copyright and expect others to respect ours. To report content that infringes your copyright, or to report unauthorized redistribution of the BBZ Image Tool software, email legal@bbzimagetool.com.

1. Overview

BBZ Image Tool, Inc. ("BBZ", "we", "us", or "our") complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and responds promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy applies to bbzimagetool.com and all associated services.

2. Our Copyright — Reporting Unauthorized Distribution

The BBZ Image Tool desktop application, installer, website content, graphics, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of BBZ Image Tool, Inc. and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Downloading, hosting, redistributing, or making available our software through any channel other than bbzimagetool.com is strictly prohibited under our End User License Agreement and constitutes copyright infringement. If you find our software being distributed without authorization on another website or platform, please report it to us immediately using the contact information in Section 5 below.

3. Submitting a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe content on bbzimagetool.com infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent (see Section 5) that includes all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The specific URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Incomplete notices will not be processed. Submitting a false or bad-faith notice may expose you to legal liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed from our site as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated DMCA Agent (see Section 5) that includes:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us of a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material at our discretion.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, BBZ Image Tool, Inc. reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright.

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
