Questions about background removal.
Is background removal free to try?
Yes. New accounts get 10 free background removals with no credit card. If you sign up with email, the credits are added when you confirm your address; with Google sign-in they are added right away.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Background removal runs in your web browser. The free BBZ desktop tool for Windows is separate and is not needed for background removal.
What do I get back?
A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background for each photo. You can place it on white or any other background in your own software.
Do credits expire?
No. Purchased image credits never expire. Image credits are separate from Catalog Builder lots.
What should I check in a result?
Look at edges, handles, glass and shiny areas. Make sure every part of the item is still there and that the result does not hide condition. Keep your original photo too.
What happens to my photos?
Uploads and results are stored so you can download them and are deleted after 7 days. We do not use your images for anything other than providing the service.
